but gst officer not cancelled, they say IGST not cancelled

no all return filed till April-18
Yes you can cancel your registration if below 20 lakhs.
If you are registered gst on voluntary basis, the registration can be cancelled after 1 year from date of registration date.
If you are registered gst on voluntary basis, the registration can be cancelled after 1 year from date of registration date.
But sir GST portal accept cancellation request,
Yes of course, gst portal will accept the cancellation request.
Kindly check the status of your cancellation request with ARN whether it is approved or pending for processing.

This process of cancellation could be initiated by tax official, if registered person has contravened such provisions of the act or the rules made thereunder as may be prescribed or Composition person has not furnished returns for three consecutive tax periods or in other cases as mentioned in Section 29 of the CGST Act, 2017
IGST Concept only for Tax Purpose not on Registration Purpose
