Dear Experts,
I was running a printing unit since last 20 years with ESIC registration and regularly paid contribution till April 2016 but now due to my health condition and market condition I have closed down the factory and already surrendered VAT Number, and intimation to Trade Licence Authority about closure of factory. My unit is private Limited company and RESOLUTION for all this has been duly passed. At present there are no employee and I intend to cancel the ESIC registration but I could not find any procedure on their site online so please guide me with the procedure.
