Cancellation of 109 procedure

I think First of all you should contact the branch people where you have submitted by going in person, if that works then well and good. 

Or else, you can fill up the form 103 again and submit it after taking the required signatures of your principal(present principal only in this situtation), ther's nothing harm in doing that. as you are taking the transfer again in that firm only,

and if in future asked by institute that what's the matter regarding this, then you can explain the circumstances very well.
