One of my client has asked for GST registration.He want to take registration at his fathers owned property,is there any other documents required for these documents mentioned below.?
1.aadhar of applicant
2.pan of applicant
3.Photo of applicant
4. Electricity bill of father's name
5.NOC/Consent given by father.
Your current list is almost complete, but I strongly recommend adding the father's ID proof (to verify the NOC) and preparing a cancelled cheque. Ensure all address details on the electricity bill match the GST application exactly (including the PIN code).
