I submitted form no. 8 delayed by 78 days, and further my CS filed another form no. 8 delayed by 93 days. Now both the forms have not been approved by the MCA system.
My question is how can I cancel one form from the above 2 forms? Is there any provision regarding the same?

Since both the forms are not approved by the MCA . pl immediatelt visit the ROC office and check these both the forms are pensing with which officer and explain them your problem and ask for solutions.
Important thing here is visit the ROC officials before your form gets approved.
