cancel bill of nil rated supply .... how to disclose in current month????

Is Bill cancelled in same month bill or previous month?

previous month bill ... bill of august

if you had declared it in that month GSTR1 then in this month GST R1 declared it as the sale return...

Are You filed Your August return then You can't cancel the bill.

You must prepare Credit Note and Show the details in next GSTR 1 return...
