Can you please tell me what type of deductor to be choose in tds.?

I am asking while filing tds return in RPU we have to fill up the Deductors details ,there a option where we have to fillup TYPE OF DEDUCTOR.So i want to know  what type of deductor to be choosen for the kendriya vidyalaya school as its run by central govt and the college that is run under state goverment.

But kendriya vidyalya gets funds from central govt.it may be comes in central govt.

i have also have a tds return for kv in faridabad but there is no link of it from state govt..if it will be a part of state govt its all govt. payment will be through tresury of haryana. so i think its not a part of state govt
