Can we sell material to unregister dealer ?
We are registered dealer in sales tax in Nodia. Can we sell goods outside up i.e Rajasthan who does not have any registration in sales tax i.e unregistered dealer. ?? Is it required any road permit ? Please share

Yes u can sale the goods outh side the state there is no registration required for other person.
you can issue waybill for road pemitt.
Yes, you can sell goods outside the state to unregistered dealer provided you charge CST at full rate applicable on that product.
With regards to Road Permit your transporter will arrange that.
