no. Till now Govt has not provided such option.

GSTR 3B cannot be modified. But correct details can be mentioned in GSTR 1.
No there is no option for revision of returns under GST however if there are any omissions in the earlier return then such omissions can be added in the subsequent returns.
Yes reset facility is open to edit GSTR3B.
Only Submit GSTR3B can be edit but not filed GSTR3B.
