Can we issue form 16's if all details are correct but demand raised for deductor?

Yes you can but TDS amount will show 0.
Around 20lacs Tds demand raised for deductor
Then 16A will be generated properly on correction of TDS return
It's 24Q Q4
You need to file correction statement but first need to check reason of demand.
We have already filed it , Salary is matched in part A and part B , still demand raised
Share me your user id and pwd , i will check it out.
We found the reason through JR and filed 2nd Correction

So same is definately got processed
