for claiming business loss the ITR must be file as per section 139(1) i.e. with in due date.
request ur assessing officer ....they issue notice then u can file ur itr....business loss can't be claim after due date of original return
you can request under 139(1) for condonation of delay and then file return
How to apply for condonation of delay for ITR 1 for. AY18-19
in income tax e filing portal under my services you can apply for new service request and select request for condonation of delay
