CAN WE CLAIM ITC ON MOTOR VEHICLE PURCHASES WHEN TCS IS PAYABLE? (purchased by GTA for tranportation of goods)
If GTA pays GST @ 12% on forward charge basis, then only he is eligible to avail ITC on motor vehicle.
