According to Benami Law or in law of India can a person buy a new property, if person already have one property in their own name ?
We are thinking to buy a new property.

A person can buy second or (even more) properties, with his genuine source of funds (in his own name, may be jointly with any of his relatives, but not in any third person's name)
If you have capital invest it as you wish may purchase second &even more.
