Can we avail input tax credit ?

If the supplier not mentioned the gst no. Of buyer in his invoice can the buyer can avail the ITC ?
If no.what shall the buyer have to do to avail.the input tax credit pass on by supplier ? Whether the buyer needs to obtain the fresh invoice fom supplier

As per rule if no GSTIN then no need get ITC...

But, You deal regular to the dealer then you can Consider the details and Avail the ITC with Invoice Changing...
