I have registered my profile as an expert

but i m still not able to answer any query, i am recieving daily new queries in my mail inbox but when i try to answer any of them i can't as this say" you have to be approved expert or querist to reply"
dont know wht to do...
plz help
ur apllication for expert status is still pending...u can answer queries only when u get approval from Admin...! till then help yourselves with forums..!
