can RCM liability be clubbed to all other itc
what is the consequences of it.
should we pay interest and penalty
RCM liability is payable in Cash only ( through Cash ledger ) , ITC not available to discharge liability.
RCM pay only cash ledger and interest will be liable if it is pay late
