LLP can become the partner in another LLP as it is a separate legal entity and there is a provision that any person can become a member.Now we have to see what the "person"includes,according to the general clauses act,1987 defines the definition of person that artificial person or any body corporate can become a member thus on concluding one LLP can become a member in another LLP.
