Can ITC be avail on purchase of Under construction immovable property ?
If a person is purchasing an Under construction Immovable property and is paying GST on the same. can he be eligible for availing ITC on such purchase ?

no we are not in construction business but we are renting and leasing business.
then yes u can avail itc against rental income
is there any specific section or circular for the same ?
