can i take gst itc ?

Yes, you can if it is useful for furtherance of business. otherwise big no.

If the iPhone is bought in the name of business and the GST number is given to the seller and if it is reflecting in GSTR-2B then you can claim ITC

Yes, you can take ITC provided bill should be in the name of your business.
