i would like to submit the three years returns noww...
for the ass.years 08-09 and 09-10 i dont have any problem
but 4 the ass.year 07-08 can file now? do they(AO) accept? or else is there any penalty for late return
an 1 more thing i want to submit nill return for07-08

show the income below the Limit for the AY 07-08

Yes, you can submit the return for 2007-08 now.. but you will need to show your income below limit.. And u can also file the nil return...
