First there is no Option for showing input credit bill in any colume
there is GSTR2A that is auto popup by server
you can take or claim ITC (input tax credit) of previous year 17-18
fin 18-19 before september GSTR 3B filed
No ,.. show it in previous year only & add the same in your current sept gstr 1 by puting its original date .
And
Claim the ITC in your 3b for sept-18
plz do prepare Reco. statement for the same

Sorry as its inward supply you cannot show it in GSTR 1 , just. Show it in your sept18 3b by adding it to sept18 month ITC
