Quick Summary
A business incorrectly applied a 12% GST rate on rent income instead of 18% for FY 2020-21. They are asking if they can issue a debit note for the 6% difference in their March 2022 GST return. While it's generally too late for standard adjustments, the advice is to issue a debit note and pay the tax with interest, though the recipient may not be able to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).

No it is possible upto September 2021 gst return
