Dear Mr. Rammohan,
In reference to your qrery as mention above, you need to follow the bellow mentioned
activities.
1. Check your Authorised Capital if it allows you to allot further shares.
2. If not you need to alter you MOA and AOA and increase your authorised capital (Sec 17,18, 19, 31, 94)
3. File forms with ROC form 5, 2, 23 with Explanatory Statement.
4. Issue of Share Certificates to your Friends and Relatives.
