sir from the starting of the gst registration we filed nill Returns even not claimed any ITC now in this present month of may 2020 can we claim that ITC is their any possibility

No you cannot claim ITC pertaining to FY 2017-18 & FY 2018-19 now.
The time limit for claiming ITC pertaining to a particular FY is earliest of the following:
The due date of filing GST Return for September of next Financial year
OR
Date of filing the Annual Returns relevant for that Financial year
However you can take the pending ITC of FY 2019-20 as the due date for Annual Return is 31st December & GSTR 3B for September 2020 is yet to be filed.
