U can't claim ITC on purchase of scooty.. Because ur business is not on same line.. Means ur business is not that purchasing and selling of scoties

But i am purchasing this for marketing use
u can't take credit as scooty falls under motor vehcile definition in motor vehicles act and such credit is blocked as per sec 17(5)
