My client business is recharge sale to distributors and he purchase monthly recharge.and in 2A shown his all purchase bill can I claim itc for this transaction.
Because recharge business is commission business

Yes provided you’ve received the tax invoice with GSTIN of both the parties.
Yes you can claim ITC provided that all the conditions as laid down u/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 is satisfied.
