my B.COM result has been declared n have passed but not recieved the marksheet i will recieve the marksheet 10days later and i want to apply for CS Executive Course and its last date for registration is 31st may........
And the result is declared on net with only roll numbers....presently i dont have marksheet so can i apply as appeared B.Com student..........
I want to give one group of executive in this december2010

Yes dear u can always take provisional admission.
U take admission before 31.05.2010 and then furnish the marksheet to them once u get it within 30 (or 45 45) days of taking the admission.

you can apply and can join on production of admit card after getting marksheet you need to submit the same to the icsi.
so don,t worry go get ur books,
