I am a corporate lawyer works in corporate law firm in Chandigarh. I have a client who is in Los Angeles US. he is working their from last 1 years in a private limited company as a Sales Manager . Now the company has allot of work. So they want from my client to do overtime also. But he do not want to do overtime. the company is forcing him to do overtime work otherwise he will fired from company.
So my question is , Can he take any legal action against the company ?
