Can E-way Bill is delayed for few months after raising Invoice due to site is not read, suppose GST Invoice is raised in March, 2019 but site to is not ready, so actual movement of goods will take place may be in May or June 2019, so can we raise E-way bill at the time movement of goods in May or June 2019 for Invoice of March, 2019

e way bill SHOULD be raised only at the time of movement of goods not at the time of raising of invoice.
