My company ha only 9 Employees Including 3 Directors,having Salry 50k,35k,12k PM
My Company is willing to take voulantry registration for EPF.Please Suggest Can Director participate in EPF contribution in this ??If No then he will be counted as excluded employee??
Please Reply at Earliest because I have to obtained EPF Number ASAP.
Nornal Payroll Means...
I have 2 Query..
1.They are Promoters and Director Both.So can they Count as employee??They take salary on monthly basis 50 kk and 35 k respectively.
.2.As per law if an Employee basic salary is more than 15 k will be counted or can be opt for excluded employee...But Can a heigher Basic Salary Getter can also admit as PF contributor?
