can credit of service tax used in next year..????

and do we get  refund of service tax ..???? or credit needed to setof only.

yes credit of service tax can be used in next year against settoff  we cannot get refund but we can sett off against service tax payable

Yes, we can carry - forward the Excess Service Tax Deposited / Paid in " NEXT HALF YEAR  SERVICE TAX RETURN " Insted of Claming Refund.
