sir. i am director in a private limited company.. somehow we failed to file income tax return on time of financial year 2021-22.. but i have heard that we can still file ITR U .. i discussed with my lawyer that we can file. bt he refused that this section is not applicable on companies . hence we will file ITR aftr 31.03.2023.
please guide .
