Can Claim ITC on work contact
Any work contractor who are engaged in fabrication work. So the contractor can claim the ITC on purchases of materials for fabrication work.

any works contract ITC can be calimed.
if the works contract services are used for any other supplies (other than for works contract) then there are some ITC restrictions under Section 17(5) of CGST Act.
