yes, sole practitioner can do all tasks which a sole proprietor can.

Even i am having COP, but not yet registered as sole proprietor and still i am signing all the documents (without FRN)

you may write For Bhavik Shah... and then all other things... no problem in writing For...

and also arrange Stamp on your sole practitioner name.... to affix on Audit Report etc.

Also Please clarify the being a partner in one of the Partnership Firm with having FRN No.
