Major amendments will b same as applicable for May 2011 exam,,, for new one wait for institutes RTP,, or amendment booklet..
No need to buy new book if u hv purchesed the book for last (may 2011) exam..

but rtp contain amedments form 1/05/10 to 30/4/11 and we want amendment from 1/11/10 to 30/4/11
