Can a small builder can opt composition scheme
Dear Sir, we are construction a plot and sale this in floor wise, can we opt composition scheme under gst???

No, because dealers having 'works contract' services cannot opt composition scheme under GST.
As work contract nature is service, you can't opt composition scheme. you can go for regular scheme.
Composit dealer cannot provide services except Resturant services, and as the activities you have mention cover under supply of services , hence you cannot opt for composition scheme
