Can a private company repay its loans in kind?
Can a private company repay its unsecured loan in kind? ie either by transferring any asset or stock held by the company.

No, Section 269T of Income Tax Act does not permit this. Hence it would be advisable to treat these two transactions separately.
I also think that please treat these two transaction separete.
