Three persons formed a Partnership Firm by contributing Rs.4,00,000/- each from their individual file. But on the date of Agreement, Firm have no any Bank A/c . Can a partnership firm Formed by contributing Capital in CASH ?

Dear Sir
It does not matter wether a patnership firm has a bank a\c or not.
In other words a partnership firm can also be opened without a bank a\c.
You may open a bank a\c after forming the firm.
