No.... Partnership firm has no separate identity as a pvt. or public company has. So a partnership can not become a partner in a partnership concern. Yes two partnership firms can form a joint venture.

a partnership firm is subject to tax seperately>
it is also registered and regulated under the partnership act.
it can sue and b sued in its own name.
it is thus given legal existence and recognition
hence i think it can b a partner in another partnership firm.
Can a Individual provide loan to a partnership Firm in cash...how can we this ...is there any limt we should consider?
