My father died in year 2006 , My mother is alive and we are 2 brothers and 1 sister , we want to create a huf on my fathersname , can it be created ???
If yes than how , because I have his pan card but not the aadhar card..

Why so , isn't there some provision which can allow a widow Or a child to create HUF even after the death of his father/ husband.........

The person is not alive, how can he make transactions ??? So, legally it's not possible now .............. Dinesh

Yes I know that he is not alive now , but as they say that a HUF is automatically created after marriage , and plus isn't there any provision which state that a huf can be created by a widow and her children ,in which me acting as karta after my father's death....inshort if your father has died without creating his huf this doesnot means that there is no family left behind after his death...
