Can a company have more than one charted accountants

A company  may appoint as many CAs as it likes.  Board resolution is required only if he  is appointed as a CFO/director etc.

Sir, Thanks for the reply.  But only one CA can be appointed as  the auditor right?

For example : As per your reply , we appoint 3 CA's as per our ease. How bout we go with the yearly auditing ?

can we appoint one particular person for Auditing & the other 2 for  managing subsequent queries?.

There will be only one Statutory auditor in a company a time and the company if want to appoint the another will have to take NOC from the existing one.

However, as per your requirements, company can have more than one CA , one may be internal auditor, another may be consultant for income tax and so on.
