Can a Board Meeting be held when both the directors in different countries ?
CAn the board meeting be held via skype ? or it must be held through a conference call?

u can held board meeting through video conferncing facility...........................
You cant hold board meeting telephonically, it should be by way of video conferencing and proper record should be maintained. Morover in a financial year atleaset one meeting should be held by physical presence.
