Can a board meeting be held after agm on the same day

Hi everyone can anyone kindly tell me whether as per Companies Act 2013 whether a company can conduct a board meeting after Annual General Meeting on the same day. Is there any provision restricting to conduct a Board meeting on the same day after AGM is held.

if the purpose is to approve financial statement then it should be before AGM if same day...
otherwise it is permissible after AGM.

Yes After Agm , it is possible to hold BM with proper notice as per section 173 of the Companies Act, 2013
