Hi everyone can anyone kindly tell me whether as per Companies Act 2013 whether a company can conduct a board meeting after Annual General Meeting on the same day. Is there any provision restricting to conduct a Board meeting on the same day after AGM is held.

Yes After Agm , it is possible to hold BM with proper notice as per section 173 of the Companies Act, 2013
