Dear Friends,

Can a ACA who is employed in Private sector company, provide Intraday trading tips by launching the new wbsite is allowed or not allowed ??

can any one share the regulations related to this ???

doesn't matter whether its aca or fca. If you'r not holding COP you can do trading. Practising CA are prohibited from portfolio mgt activities.
