A public company : eg : issued 10,000 shares in MOA and now it wants to make 5000 shares fully paid up and remaining partly paid up. as per me : it isnt possible since company can make call from all in equal proportion only. Plz quote me the relevant section where it is provided.
Also plz forward the limit of amount to be called up on shares.
