Our client got orders for construction of appatment in coimbatore, one is under Construction agreement and another order is Joint Development Agreement. Since they are new in this project, they are not aware of calculation of VAT on Works Contract in both of regular method and compounding method. Please provid the details of Deductible items and the quantum of deduction from total sales amount and complete calculation.
