Please any one can Clearly tell me how to caleculate ESI (i.e. on which amount we need to apply rate and ESI rate, etc.) urgent . . . . plzzzzz.

ESI has to be calculated on the Gross amount of Salary the rates are as follows:
Employee contribution - 1.75% of Gross salary
Employer contribution - 4.75% of Gross Salary
