Go to your PM inbox and click the link "send PM to admin" on the left side and send your request to ADMIN.

Go to your profile and click the controlcentre>My Friends button to delete your friends.

But you can not alter other's friend list without access to his/her profile and without log-in details.

I am sorry to say that information given by me regarding deleting Bookmarks in the above given message is incorrect. Members can delete bookmarks from the settings menu of their profiles on CAclubindia and they need not to contact Administrator for this thing.
