Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which Income Tax Return (ITR) form cab drivers and owners should use. It explains that ITR 4 can be used for presumptive income under section 44AD. However, if income is from commission, ITR 3 is more appropriate as commission income doesn't qualify for presumptive taxation. For owner-operators, ITR 3 is generally preferred, while ITR 2 might be suitable for drivers.

Your question itself is answering it.
ITR 4 under presumptive income 44AD

ITR 3 under business income with P&L and BS if it's commission income (as commission income doesn't qualify under presumptive taxation)
Thankyou very much

if you are owner then ITR 3 is preferrable but still if you are driver ITR 2 is preferrable
