Once in IPCC exam in Cost&FM paper it was asked, what is commercial papers

A student who dont know the answer completed his exam, and started to think of aswernig this question as time was plenty.

He uesd his logical brain  and answered that commerical papers are those used to commercial papers like newspapers, and continued in that way.

The valuationer of paper declared the paper as failed even though he got passed considering this issue.

These are the standards followed by ICAI
